Event Overview:

This is a Charity Event to support our troops and all funds after expenses that are raised by this event will go directly to cvmagroveok.org – Oklahoma Chapter 10-5.  This chapter is a locally based 501-C3 organization that serves all veterans in need within a 75 mile radius of Grove, Oklahoma.

The Tour will be an event in which all participants will run as a group on a tour of Grand Lake, leaving from Lakeside Marina to the Pensacola Dam and back and will feature local on the water restaurants and marina facilities. This event is open to all powerboats.  A printed guide will be given to each participant that will include a full map of the lake that will spot light individual restaurants that we encourage our participants to stop on the return trip and enjoy a great meal and/or beverage.

GRDA Rules for Duck Creek and Woodard Hollow will be published in the Guide for participants to observe and follow.

The group will proceed to the Pensacola Dam and will do an off plane parade pass around the end and then will once again on plane proceed back to Lakeside Marina.  It is suggested that people that would like to drop off and eat at a particular restaurant do so at this time as we pass the turn off for the desired location.  Gloc designated boats will break off when appropriate and will lead groups to each restaurant.

All others will proceed back to Lakeside where they then can continue to enjoy the lake and the 4th Annual GLOC Shootout.

Participants that register for the tour will be entered into a drawing that will award prizes for tickets drawn.  These will be awarded shortly after the Tour ends.  Participants do not have to be present to win but will be contacted by phone and can pick their prize up at the “Information Center” anytime during the event.

Participants will be given a Black Flag or symbol containing the combatvets.org logo – this flag MUST be flown at all times while on the tour to recognize you as a member of the Tour.
